I have read many of the “marketing” books available to financial advisers, and that is at or near the top of my list of favorites.
for consultants interested in a customer-focused, not transaction-oriented approach to be a great resource. For the former, the transaction-oriented brokers, save your money. This book will appeal to advisers who put their customers first, and benefit from taking the high road.

book is a good complement to Excellent Investment Advisor Murray, as a section on the mission statement (business and personal) provides the basis to integrate their beliefs with their business values for the benefit of the customer.
